About Me…

First, let me introduce myself,

My name is Tracey Cardella, and I am a confident women who loves life.  I am a mother, wife, sister, friend, and confidant.  I am proud to say that I am a Situational Self-Defense Guru with a passion for teaching and advocating for people to be in complete control in every aspect of life – confidently, positively, and unapologetically

I work full time and I also run my own business here at Fight4U. I have had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of like – some who have unfortunately have experienced traumatic events, and others who are proactively looking not only to prepare to defend themselves, but to avoid and prevent an altercation or provocation altogether.

I want everyone who I work with to know that I refuse to live in fear and panic, and I have been fortunate enough to spend my time energetically helping others to overcome their fears and anxieties. I love to spend time working with others on what it takes to believe in themselves, at any age and at any time in their lives.

Why go through life feeling scared, anxious, and frustrated with yourself?

Let me work with you and teach you the skills needed to stay in control, regain control, and never lose control of yourself, your awareness, and your surroundings.

Empowering each and every person to know their worth and value is a skill that I intend for each client to achieve in order to live the life they deserve. I work with all institutions – large and small.  Some examples are universities, schools (elementary through secondary institutions), hospitals, health care agencies, private companies, etc.

I work with large groups, small groups, and individuals developing specific modules and systems to meet the needs of the group and/or individual.

I offer in person and virtual options (not as intimate) and you can come to my place or I can come to yours!
